you could go two ways, either gaining the weight or losing it. i'm not sure if i'm just repeating what everyone else has said so forgive me. if you eat a lot of carb rich foods you'll gain, because you'll feel hungrier if you don't get enough of the right veggie foods and use carbs to fill the void. or you can lose weight if you're educated as to what veggies and nuts etc. you need and use a bit of restraint when adjusting to a life without meat. when i turned vegetarian i dropped from 118lbs. to 95lbs. not good. i was also going through a shitty time in my life so not eating much in general, but now i'm maintaining my weight at about 105-110lbs. soooo yeah.. it really depends on the person.
