Lowering Libido Or Becoming Asexual?

Have any of you heard of vitex? I did a lot of snooping around and it's supposed to help with lowering sex drive with men. It supposedly helps to balance hormones. It's not just a joke homeopathic thing; doctors apprently regulraly prescribe it for women for helping with periods or acne.

I found some at a store here in my town and I took my first dosage. Suppoedly no observed harmful effects exist, except that I did read that it can have long term fertility effects for men. Good, I say.
