I don't listen to Sigur Ros and I have a feeling that he sucks. It's probably some current artist that I don't like.

I probably would like Lou Reed because he's from the 60's and 70's and was the lead singer of The Velvet Underground.

Who is Sigur Ros? I don't really like the music of the current couple of decades.

    David Bowie - Starman

    cool song.

what music have you even heard?

    Brian Wilson
    SMiLe
    "I'm In Great Shape/I Wanna Be Around/Workshop"
    2004

for the record, closed-minded baby, Sigur Ros are one of the most talented and inventive bands to ever make music.

I've listened to a lot of music of these couple decades especially on tv, radio, in the streets from other peoples stereos etc. I many songs from the 80's 90's and 2000's but not most of them. I like The Smashing Pumpkins a lot, they are one of my most favorite bands. But overall I don't like the music of these two decades. However I like by far most of the music of the 60's and 70's.

I like Brian Wilson but I heavn't heard that song, I don't listen to much new stuff. I like the Beach Boys, my favorite song is "God Only Knows", and that is the most depressing song I heard from them

I've heard a lot of suff, but not as much as the 60's and 70's. Also I don't really care to hear much of the current stuff. I am content with hearing everything from the 60's and 70's.

I never heard of the Wondermints, what genre and style are they?

    Your posts say otherwise.

    Pop pop pop pop pop.
Their debut, Wondermints, is considered to be as essential as Rubber Soul and Pet Sounds

    Al Green's teh shit, man.

Pet sounds is a cool album, I'm not very often in a Beach boys mood though.

Here's Masters of reality - 'Brown house on the green road' playing. It's from their album Give us Barabas from 2004.
Great example for good nowdays music.

It isn't heavy metal. It isn't even metal. I'm not sure how to call it, but this album sure has folk rock elements in it.
