Man tasered for not producing insurance and drivers license quickly enough

That is why I compile when police ask. Something fishy about not having license plate on the rear of the car though.

 

when a cop tells you to put your hands on the vehicle you put your hands on the vehicle.

either way the cop was being absolutely fucking ridiculous
that dude should be fired, and charged for his actions.

 

regarding tasers: pain compliance = torture, plain and simple.

I'd prefer being tasered to but WAIT there's a THIRD option. Perhaps, i don't know, it might sound a little "wacky" a little "absurd" a bit too "liberal" but perhaps, just perhaps, they could train the police officers to be able to asses a threat accuratley?

In my opinion "Trigger-happy" police should be fired immediatley, in fact they shouldn't make it as police in the first place.

 

It took a year and a new police chief to sweep that asshole out the door. Unfortunately there were three other tasing incidents in the Austin area in that year and (surprise, surprise!) they were all young, black men.

I think the Austin PD is having some inadequacy issues. That happens when you're constantly threatened by the mere existence of a black man in your vicinity.

The more I watch, the more it just doesn't make good sense... There was absolutely no reason for that cop to do that, even if he was havin a bad day. He walked up to that car and knew exactly what he was going to do. He may have went off the deep end, but I find it hard to believe even someone a little loose upstairs would go this far... there was 0 threat the entire time.

I can see a cop flippin out and goin overboard when something is actually going on... adrenaline/insanity, whatever... but this here, this defies logical explanation.

Now why would anyone throw away their career like that? Where is he working now?

What is this guys motive? Why do these tapes not get locked away and classified? Not like they haven't done it before/won't do it again.

 

He said he hadn't eaten all day and it made him "edgy". Over-the-edgy I'd say.

Our local press is full of more and more stories of suspects being apprehended using tasers. Just last night in rural farming community a drunk immigrant worker put his pickup in a canal and ran, when the cop caught up with him he tasered him, supposedly so he wouldn't run again. My question would be where his handcuffs?
