Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene says she reported Jimmy Kimmel's comments to Capitol Police

Kimmel, the host of "Jimmy Kimmel Live,” joked this week that Greene was “especially upset with the three Republican senators who said they’ll vote yes on Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who’s nominated for the Supreme Court.”

“She tweeted ‘Murkowski, Collins, and Romney are pro-pedophile,’” Kimmel said.

“Wow, where is Will Smith when you really need him?” Kimmel said, appearing to reference Will Smith slapping Chris Rock onstage at the Oscars last month.

Greene shared a clip of the comments on Twitter, adding “this threat of violence against me by @jimmykimmel has been filed with the @CapitolPolice."

 

Kimmel’s response was fantastic.

 

Jimmy, you'll never win with people that think like our little Margie. No matter what you say, what you do, she will never admit to any wrong doing - just deflect and divert to focus on another topic she feels she can best you on.

She's like the bully on the playground. She'll never stop bullying because she thrives on conflict, she'll just move along to the next unfortunate kid until someone just like her, only bigger takes her out. Uh, oh, she'll report me to the capitol police now.

Well Brian Schatz, perhaps you should motivate some of your colleagues on your side of the aisle to fight and fight dirty, you know, like a republican otherwise the midterms will turn the tide.

 

Scary but true. I lived 2 counties away. The district elected her by 75% which is the same percentage that voted to re-elect Trump. The only hope for sanity is if a bolt of lightning zaps all the tin foil hats those morons are wearing.They'll think the smell is a possum barbecue so they'll forget to vote.

 

Unfortunately, that is a lot of the nation we are dealing with. 50% of the population has IQ below 100, which is frightening.
