    Do you have any proof on that? I stopped crocheting like 4 months ago and you cant see a thing different. It depends if you know how to do it or not. And i wasn't actually crocheting, i was using a normal sewing needle with a strig to pull the hairs in the dread.

    4 months is abiout an inch of growth or so, you may not notice gthe difference if its just at the very base.. give it anopther 6 and you most likely will
