the thing is, that dealers would be called by cel, and make their delivery just below the "legal" limit...if caught, they would just be able to say that they are users, not dealer, therefore not charged....... too bad, I guess it's back to bribing the pigs the good old fashioned way...

btw, some friends got caught by the police with several ounces of pot and about 1000 dollars in cocaine and let them loose in exchange for half their shit.
