Without another ring in the next two years you think he is going to do it again when a spot opens in Arizona and they are no longer having to pay Warner an hefty sum?
Let us not forget that the guys who write the checks know that the next Brady is waiting to be found and molded for much less than Brady is worth
I literally live 5 houses down from Vic and I can't stand the bastard. I think he blew his chance the first time and shouldn't have anymore.
why the fuck does anybody care about this guy or what happens to him? why is it still talked about? regular people do shit like he did every day, not that it makes it ok or whatever, but geez. who gives a shit, let him play ball if he wants, or not. but why does it matter???? I'm serious.
Exactly leave the fucking guy alone Part of vicks therapy was to memorize this Henry Beston poem We need a wiser and perhaps a more mystical concept of animals. remote from the universal nature and living by complicated artifice. man in civilzation surveys the creatures through the glass of his knowledge and sees thereby a feather magnified and the whole image in distortion. We patronize them for their incompleteness, for their tragic fate of having taken form so far below ourselves. and therein we err, for the animal shall not be measured by man. in a world older and more complete than ours they moved finished and complete. gifted with extensions of senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear. they are not brethren, they are not underlings, they are nations, caught with ourselves in the net of life and times, fellow prisoners of the spendour and travail of the earth Hotwater
The Pats are shitty sportsmen all around, aside from a few players here and there, total scum. The Steelers D can get as old as it wants, with LeBeau, I don't see how they will have any troubles. The offense is the weakness, if anything. So who do you pick for the Superbowl?
I am a Card's fan at heart I think they make another very strong case for contenders I have to say my eyes are on the Pats That is just too strong of an offense Easy answer I know The Eagles are also top contenders I think
I would think the bigger peeve would be against the women who play right into this shit. Anyway, Sure...let Vick play. It's not like the rest of the NFL is full of altar boys and boy scouts.
I'm going to have a lifelong grudge against them (or at least Whisenhunt-long grudge) for all the uncalled holding going on during that last Superbowl. From the end of the first quarter till their last offensive drive, I don't think I saw a play without a hold (defensive at least) mostly on sackers. I fucking hate that the NFL puts up that bullshit front of strictness when every Superbowl, the refs are all of a sudden blind (so glad they lost, but really, Pats would've had the game if it wasn't for an absolutely clear hold on the sacker right in front of Manning when he tossed the game changing TD). Anything for an exciting game I suppose.. However, the last offensive drive of the Cardinals was clean as a whistle, and damn impressive - I gotta give your boys that one. Really, I think Cards, Pats and Steelers are the only true contenders -but the beautiful thing about Football, is you just never know.
