Alot of people I've met tell me they don't like them... and some of them I have to agree that perhaps their parents took too many drugs. For example: My friend, her and her brother lived on a commune till she was eight, and her parents were all about acid. Her name is Heron Blue and her brothers is Leonard Sunbear I'm like, WOAH lol cool but woah Mines Leigh.
(meg) I jussssssssssst said to George the other night when we were out canoeing that I'd TOTALLY name my kid Heron. Dammit
i always ask cause i like to ear the first and second name together.. then you can be like wow... WTF was your mom thinkin yo. lol
i usually ask so when i really want to get someones attention i want to call them by their first and middle name. It throws them off really. their like "WTF did you just call me?" I liked what someone said earlier by not telling your middle name it leaves a little mystery about who you are. but now im just like "whatever" its "von"
haha that'd be cool! i like the name stevie, but sadly mine is not. my middle name is Le-Anne but my mom always told me i could call myself whatever i wanted. I once came up with the ultimate embarrassing name for a child: drum roll............... CIRCUS PEANUT! you know the orange flavored marshmellows? luckily i cant eat those! yuck
I like to know middle names; mostly as curiosity thing because names in general intrigue me, and just nice to put the whole thing together and see how it flows (best thing is if there's a neat story behind it). Don't mind telling people mine... Clair Yeah it's 'meant to be' Claire, but my dad was being a moron. He thought it'd make it more 'special' because nobody else we knew spelt it that way, and for some reason he thought was the more authentic English spelling. Actually it just meant it took me ten years to get it right; and it's a French word. That said it's grown on me of late. Though Sage Clair doesn't have the best flow (Sage being my chosen name, so yeah). My brother's middle is Thomas, after the tank engine, I picked it out for him.
my mum's middle name is like pretty cool "i really wish i could steal it" - she things it unprofessional though lol as for me most people actually know it because i don't know how it started but its sometimes Hyphened with my last name - which sometimes causes confusion
My middle name is Alexandra. I got it from my dad, Alex and that has soething to do with the fact that I don't tell people it very often, I don't live with my dad anymore and it's like if I get marride, my last name will change, but I'm stuck with my middle name, it's like this part of him refuses to leave me alone
Mine's Rae. Shawna Rae. My mom gave all of her kids the same middle name. Shawna Rae, Nicholas Ray, and Taylor Rae.
