This is some fucked up shit! A black cop shooting in defense and the BLM morons still go off on white people like senseless animals.

These are not black people in the streets. These are not black people lighting up cars and gas stations and senselessly beating random white people.

These are BROWN RACIST VIOLENT CRIMINAL THUG SYMPATHIZING NIGGERS!!

I know there are countless decent respectable BLACK PEOPLE, I know most black people are decent. No one is being hurt more by these ignorant NIGGERS than the decent BLACK people. These real decent BLACK PEOPLE need to stand up and distinguish themselves more now than ever. We need to end this shit. If you are a decent black person, you do not need to relate yourself, or associate, or label yourself as one of these brown racist NIGGERS. Decent black people who know how to conduct yourselves and take basic instructions from authorities, you do not need to worry about getting shot by police. Stupid thug niggers who resist arrest should expect to get shot. Choose a side and remember who you are, are you a thug ****** or are you a decent BLACK person? Of course BLACK lives matter as all lives do, but DECENT people matter more than THUG NIGGERS. What DECENT BLACK LIVES were you sympathetic for? NONE, they were THUG NIGGERS. Any decent BLACK person reading this, you are not a THUG ******. Don't you dare think of putting yourself in their category. Rise above this bullshit, this brown racist victim paranoia, BLM hateful BULLSHIT!

CNN apologizes for editing out the statements by Smith's sister in which she urges the public to set fires in the suburbs. deceptive journalism.

CNN anchor Carol Costello apologized on Wednesday for allowing a deceptive report about the violence in Milwaukee to air that characterized rioters as peaceful instead of violent.

he “CNN Newsroom” host said, “I want to take a moment to clarify something from Monday. We had a report that inadvertently and wrongly characterized the plea from a Milwaukee woman whose brother was killed by police. As our viewers saw, she demanded that the violence stop in her community, but in fact, she also said that protests should instead take their violence to the suburbs. I regret that second part of her statement was not included

In the original report by Ana Cabrera, she portrayed the protesters as peaceful, holding a vigil “marked by prayers.” Cabrera claimed that the deceased’s sister was “calling for peace” followed by a brief clip where Sherelle Smith said, “don’t bring the violence here and the ignorance here.”

The CNN report did not include Smith yelling, “Burnin down shit ain’t going to help nothin! Y’all burnin’ down shit we need in our community. Take that shit to the suburbs. Burn that shit down! We need our shit! We need our weaves. I don’t wear it. But we need it.”

CNN Messed up but I can certainly understand the anger unleashed by sister of the alleged suspect. Her brothers dead and she’s seeking retribution in the form of bloody violence.

This time it wasn’t whitey going off on a tangent it was a street thug with a long criminal record who pointed a loaded gun at a member of law enforcement and paid the ultimate price.

For this type of non-incident to unleash such anger, the people of Milwaukee must have suffered greatly for decades at the hands of law enforcement and finally reached their breaking point.

    I doubt it's just that.

The rich vs poor gap, housing issues....the same kind of problems seem to be increasing the world over. An issue like this might be the match, but money trouble is the fuel.

Anyone who has been harassed by the cops knows this feeling. I've been there many times. What really riles me is having them take advantage of a situation to ramp up my problems. Like pulling me over for a brake light and then hitting me for tire tread bars and a blown bulb over my license plate. While it hasn't been constant, I have been avoiding cops for this kind of crap since the mid 70s. While I don't think "ALL cops are corrupt" I do see that ALL cops are not weeding out the ones who are. So again, I avoid them entirely.

But I have to question a community that will turn out and riot over a known criminal getting shot by a cop he pulled a gun on. I see no mystery in the matter and I do not see an innocent, misunderstood "youth". Remember when they were called "Urban Youths" in the news? Remember when the news didn't mislead and confuse people?

OK, I'm kidding with that last question. Bwahahahahahahaaa

Lack of employment must be a huge problem, judging by the size of the crowds. I'd like to riot also after some of the crap I see in the news...except I just got off work and I'm kind of tired, and I got to get up early tomorrow and all, so I guess I'll just go to bed. I can't riot this weekend either; got to catch up on my yard work, take the cats to the vet, do my grocery shopping for the upcoming week, wash clothes, visit my elderly uncle, etc...stuff I generally don't do during the week because I'm at work.

Excuses, excuses, I’m sure you can find time from your busy schedule to set fire to the local gas station, burn-down six buildings, or loot several business establishments all in the name of justice [IMG]

    For me, it's the gun.

Other than that, I think he was a cute kid.

For me it's the bullet. It's a cheap, flat nosed full metal jacketed round. It will not expand like a hollow point and anchor itself. Which means after it goes through the intended victim it will continue to fly. These are the kinds of bullets that are killing bystanders, some of them babies, in their homes. This is the kind of bullet used by somebody who doesn't give a crap about anyone.

There's a huge difference between simply having a gun and being a responsible gun owner. A gun is a very simple machine and can be made in a simple shop. I'd rather see more talk about the bullets. I'm also pretty disgusted by anyone who glorifies guns, particularly as a criminal.

No, I was referring to Hotwater taking up that soapbox every time something involving black/white violence or any type of racial bullshit occurs.

Because even as a middle-aged veteran at 41 with a perfectly clean spotless record, I know how it feels to be profiled by the police despite the fact that I would never engage in criminal activity, nor would it ever even cross my mind.

On top of what HW has said. I have always seen him give a fair POV from what is right and wrong. If he ever seemed to be bias towards blacks that were looting or cops that were targeting minority kids...I would point it out immediately and tell him he was being biased. So far I have yet to see him judge anyone unfairly. I might not always agree but I have yet to see him call out anyone unfairly.

Such a good point. Cops profile ALL of us. Which is why I avoid them. I sure as fook wouldn't try to "fight" with one. And if I pointed a gun at a cop, I'd expect him or his fellow cops to waste me pretty quickly.

But I'm pretty sure my dead by cop would not be followed by riots.

To quote Lieutenant General Corman in the movie Apocalypse Now (with a slight modification)

Sometimes, the dark side overcomes what Lincoln called the better angels of our nature. Everyone has a breaking point. You and I have one. The protesters had reached theirs, and very obviously, they have gone insane.
