WELL-Actually it was another long time member that told me. I won;t say who because normally I could care less but because of the rude comments to myself and others she/he was getting people mad and the back and forth stuff was getting ugly. Then I also posted a nice Bob Dylan poem and dedicated to her/him and Dolly and my new grandaughter. In all likelihood Molly has masqueraded as a teenage girl or a young women before in this forum, perhaps even numerous times.

Because this gives Molly a chance to interact with other members on a totally different and more interesting level.

Simply because he is more comfortable in a persona.

And rob,

Folks our age, need to take the truth, and realty, with a grain of salt while were on the internet, because we can't look a brother in the eyes here.

 

Robspace2 is an intelligent, insightfull, and often times very funny poster (male-female ???).I enjoy reading most of the things he/she has to say. He/she strikes me as being a very, serious person also, and in his/her zealousness to relate his/her life experiences, he/she was a tad condescending, and MollytheHippie/Chief picked up on it immediately. Perhaps a real sixteen year old would not feel talked down to, but even I, someone in my fifties, felt like I was being talked to as if I most likely wouldn't be able to understand.. There are differences for sure in ages 16 and 50, but if you talk to someone else as if they have the capabilites to understand you, (this works well with little children), they will be encouraged to reach for understanding), they will not feel insulted, and may be quicker to learn from your wisdom when they hear it. We all have a different sense of humor, and misunderstanding are inevitable.

I am very much enjoying Hip Forums, and think everyone is very real !!!!!!

Hey, guess what? EVERYBODY's right! Nuthin' wrong with a little spoof, providing of course it don't get out of hand. But, ya know, nobody should really be expected to have to do a bunch of research into who somebody really is, and it's kind of mean to lead folks on alot. There's enough deceit in this world already. Makes it bloody hard to deal with even more of it here, in a place where a body would HOPE that there is more than the average number of honest folks. That IS after all, why folks choose to hang out with hippys as opposed to other sorts. 'Cause they hope to find likeminded souls. A joke is a joke, but stringin' somebody along for too long and creatin' bad feelings is bordering on cruel. I got a feeling that MOST of the folks on here are pretty real. Dammit, this is coming down to that pesky issue of respect again...

The molly thing is sort of in the same catagory as those "whoopie cushions" or the electrical hand buzzer thingies, or the fake puke gags. Gets old and annoying after a while.
