cat when you were asked the question I would think you would have known that it referred to aisha and Safiyah why didnt you explain to the king parrot about mohammeds actions towards them .

and the ad hominum attack was towards me or towards my screen name, which seems to be all that you stoney can do these days .

both of you say well he has a screen name with mad in it therefore what he says is false rather than disproving the evidence and argument that I give.

I have once responded to this by saying that I would rather be called jonny2mad (which is taken from the song johnny too bad by the snickers by the way ) ,than have the screen name of a man who as my signature says said he wanted to watch a author burned to death.

apart from that retort I have always dealt with the other persons argument as whatever sceen name a person chooses isnt that important in whether what they say is correct or not .

 

My conclusion is that Johnny2mad is really mad to spend so much time bringing down Islam, and spreading lies. He has been doing this for over 2 years now! Now thats crazy.

 

again another person who says Im lieing but in all the time shes been posting has not once been able to show any lie that Ive told .

for people who claim to be muslims you dont seem to know much about your religion .

and its been lot longer that Ive been critical of islam I think 6 + years on hip forum alone

what is the argument?
that the beloved Prophet (pbuh) MARRIED the young daughter of a friend?
So, you might extrapolate that, since he is after all the venerated prophet,
this is an apporved-of practice of the Muslim tradition?
I would say it's clearly a cultural thing. Yes, you can prove that at some point history, or even today marriages like this might occur, and the man might happen to be a Muslim. It would also be equally true that you could prove so for any other tradition. It doesn't mean anything, really.

On the other hand, what do we have?

Faulty info? possibly.

Somewhere in there is likely the truth. But, does it really make a difference?

 

First let get it straight. Im obviously not a Muslim. However I know many muslims, and have traveled to many countries all over the world.
I always here you bringing up the marriage to young girl like it is the ultimate crime of humanity. One, we dont know if it is really true, and two marriages like that occured everywhere all over the world. Even in Mexico a couple of generations ago it was the thing.
I just get annoyed with you because I really dont understand you. Could you post a picture of yourself?

Im amazed that once again a simple post asking for Quraan transliteration is highjacked by blasphemers and the dignity of our (by our I mean mankind, not our as in the muslims alone) Prophet SAWS attacked.
