When the Iraq beheadings were going on in full force for a while there, I decided to click a link to one of the videos. It was some group who were taken hostage and then executed. The part I saw was of one man lying on the sand with his hands tied, and this piece of shit (can't even call him a "man") bent over him and in a few moments sawed right through the victim's neck with a big knife. It seemed to slice more easily than you would expect, but then, I know how easily a very sharp knife can cut, I use them all the time. The sad, sick part was the sound, because you could hear a high-pitched squeal which was the victim trying to breathe through a severed trachea. As for hollywood movies, there are disturbing scenes in the movie "American History X." In the beginning, the act that gets Edward Norton's character sent to prison is his execution-style murder of this black kid who (was asking for it) was stealing his stuff from his truck. At gunpoint, he has the kid lie on his stomach at the curb, and he makes him open his mouth wide and "eat" the curb... Then while the kid's jaws are wide open on the concrete, he cranks his heavy boot down on the back of the kid's head, which you would imagine would kinda split his skull open at the mouth. REALLY disturbing image, that. They didn't show it, they just suggested it. -Jeffrey
I think Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses was pretty disurbing in the theater, but it wasn't that bad on a smaller screen.. Signs was disturbing to my child because it was realistic, and The Passsion of Christ was disturbing to me for the same reason.
i just came and read the last page so i'm not sure what all has been posted, but one of mine is the new Exorcist..that movie is CRAZY!!!!!!!
Yeah, that was a pretty disturbing movie, the shit that kept happening with that evil nasty kid who fucked up just about everyone he knew... the child molestation aspect... when he came back to the "present" with no hands... and of course the end... I thought it was a well-done movie except for many of the innate plot/consistency flaws that plague ALL movies about time travel and alternate universes. He actually showed me that he can kinda act in that. -Jeffrey
peacefuljeffrey, Those beheading videos were the most disturbing movie-shorts I've ever seen and hope to ever see I downloaded a couple of them to disc but I've since tossed them out. I guess I just felt uncomfortable having them around h
I'd have to say...lemme see......From Hell....MY god THAT IS A CREEPY ASS MOVIE! BUt its pretty cool. And the big plus side is is that johnny depp is in it. So that made it not as scary. Sheesh it makes me shiver when i think about it.
Gonna have to go with Fear and Loathing in Los Vegas...it sucks as well as being disturbing. i smoke weed and I drink somewhat but damn dude that is just sick bathing in your own waste PUKE pluss the plot was so dull and boreing!
I dont know if anyone else has said these, but "Angels in America", "American History X", and "Schindler's List" have really disturbing scenes!
the japanese movie: the grudge is also pretty annoying. i was a little paranoid for a while after watching that.
yeah i no what you mean the faces are hard to look at i was paranod about that film and still am its horribal to watch but your glad you did lol
If These Walls Could Talk freaked me out. Especially in the beginning of the movie Demi Moore got knocked up and it's 1952 when abortion was still illegal and she goes through horrible things to try and have an abortion.
Hands down, the most disturbing movie ever is Gummo. The mere fact that it exists is what's disurbing. It's not even "cool disturbing".
1. I felt really sick in the scene where Hannibal cuts that guys skull and takes out his brain. 2. Braindead- whole movie was sick. Especially the scene where 2 zombies were fucking and created a baby. 3. Irriversible- the gays fucking, guys skull cracked open and girl getting raped. 4. 120 days of sodomy. Weird and sick all through. The ending where they cut the girls scalp was too much.
