Well you can tell you have not been in a relationship lasting this long. Relationships are not perfect and they take more and more work the longer you are together. Love alone will not get you through, count on it.

Sleepless nights, baby crying, baby feeding, dirty nappies, baby crying, baby cuddles, baby sick, play with baby, housework, arguments about housework, arguments about baby, arguments about nothing in particular. Any of that sound familiar?

Pretty much everyone goes through some or most of all that in the first few months of having a baby, the worst time is when you're still getting up in the night as it makes you more stressed. If she's not been in the mood it's cos she's got baby on the brain, and she's still adjusting to this mega change. It's not just about her though, I reckon men get overlooked around pregnancy, fair enough, she's probably had more physical changes than you, but it still affects guys in a huge way.

Talk to each other, away from the house and baby, even if its just a walk for an hour. Even better than that, get someone to babysit your daughter for an evening and take your missus out and wine and dine her, just the 2 of you.

From reading your posts I'm pretty sure you don't want to cheat on her, but you just want things to change? Go slow, don't expect anything too quickly, it took 9 months for that baby to get here, it's gonna take probably that to get to feeling completely normal again. I had a baby a few months ago, and although we shagged after a couple of months, it didn't feel like lovemaking, it was about 3 months before we actually felt close again.

Give it time mate, and try and understand each other. Congratulations on your baby by the way :)
