Having just tried Adderall (20mg IR) for the first time yesterday, I echo this. I was wired, yet very relaxed. I could have slept, or ran a marathon. I once read in a BL thread about someone who loved taking Adderall right before sleeping, and they would have a great snooze and wake up feeling like a new person. On aMT 45mg as well I was at times just lying on my bed, listening to music, moving around like crazy from the "extra" energy, and yet profoundly relaxed. ying, yang.
