Ew really? When did you hear that? I've never been a Star Wars fan - I was being ironic (as you probably guessed)

or maybe an un-shitty remake of the prequel movies. get stephen spielburg or francis ford coppola to direct and actually use things like sets, props and extras

Homegrown, Fear and Loathing in las vegas, Slums of Beverly Hills, i could go for another Leprechaun. Perhaps "Leprechaun goes to prison", or "Leprechaun meets Chucky" where they run a train on Jennifer Tilly at an abandoned rollerskating rink or something. I also think Beer league deserves at least as many sequels as the bad news bears got. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles deserve to die with dignity, You uncreative hollywood fucks are cheapening my childhood. Shrek deserves to die in a most undignified manner. Another Ghostbusters movie would be great, but only if bill murray agreed to it and they could get Don cheadle to play Winston, Then get that Vanilla ice (something Van Winkle) guy to play Egon and kill him off very brutally in the first scene. Dead man on campus deserves a pt 2. All copies of Transformers Dvd's should be burned in a pile so huge that it would make hitler and the christian right wing shed a tear. United 93 needs to be remade accounting for gross historical inaccuracies. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy definitely needs a sequel, but under a different studio and a different director. Perhaps Terry Gilliam. And no more misleading titles. I heard Mark Wahlberg was in a movie called Shooter and figured it to be a sequel to Boogie Nights. And don't get me started on black snake moan.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, definatley, A Clockwork Orange (preferabbly another book, then a movie, if only I could go back in time and convince Anthony Burgess to continue the madness of Alex Delarge :)) Also NEW POWERANGERS!! :)

How the hell could they make an easy rider pt. 2

    *spoiler alert*
the two bikers (Fonda and Hopper die in the end) their death symbolizes the murder of counterculture by ignorant narrowmindedness. if they somehow concocted a sequel it would cheapen that message and in a way counterculture would once again be murdered this time by greed and uncreative hollywood swine with the mentality that if you could sell something 20 years ago, you can shit in a box mark it as something people loved 20 years ago, dress it up in a fresh new way and they'll buy the living hell out of it. And every year right around summertime and thanksgiving you if you pay close attention you can smell that fresh batch of hollywood shit eminating from your local theaters. "Thank you celluloid sewage santa! Here! take my hard earned money, because die hard/rocky/basic instict kicked so much ass 10 years ago!" 2hrs later "fuck you celluloid sewage santa you've done it again, see you next summer/thanksgiving." So the point is if you insist on buying into remade garbage, sequels to films that were hits more than 10 years ago that weren't that great to begin with, any movie about a teacher who comes to the inner city to teach young roustabouts through the power of dance or any tampering with a masterpiece such as easy rider that stands alone and has a clear ending. go ahead and wipe your ass with the money you give to the cashier. it will somehow balance out the universe.

They've been saying for years that there was a sequel to "Beetlejuice" in the making, and Michael Keaton said himself he'd love to do it, but it's not yet come about. Would love to see that -- it would be horrifically cheesy, but entertaining nonetheless.

I'm pretty psyched about the supposed Xfiles movie in the making. I'm really interested to see which direction they run with it.
