lol you should listen to In-a-gadda-da-vida from Iron Butterfly. Or some mellow jazz if you're into it. And disco does sound fun to hear while tripping, I love Miss You from the Rolling Stones.

The Beachboys played a show with the Grateful dead. Track down the bootleg online and check that shit out!

"Ulrich Schnauss" is a mysterious underwater, ethereal, electronica artist which makes trips very cool.

electronic-- casino vs. japan, deru, mr. projectile, boards of canada (of course), jega..too many for me to think of right now. those are very psychedelic, layers and textures. massive attack's "mezzanine" is essential.

If you want to change yourself and your life I recommend track's Gabriel & Dresden (for example: very good their song is Arcadia). Listen their songs help you to notice beautifully aspect's life and existence on world.

    sorry for my poor English..

Concept albums from the 60s and 70s are great for trips. Sgt. Pepper is probably the best for giggly and goofy trips, and Dark Side of the Moon is great for some real soulful and thought-provoking trips.

The 2nd half of the Dark Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd of course)

Money and Time are too jarring, but the rest of the album flows really well while tripping.

Anything simple and flowing... certains kinds of techno, mellow classical or jazz, some joe satriani songs, gotta agree with bowie and the beatles too.

i heard timorthy leary or huxly or somone recorded themselves as a guide for people to listen to while taking lsd. there voice guides you thro the whole trip.
having a guide or a substancial influence like that imprinting things and putting your mind into certain areas would cause alot of intense realisations if the guide was good.
its somthing id like to look into. or paying some awsum psychologist whos dosed alot to be your guide who wouldnt mind doing such a thing.
    how cool would that be.
