Oh...don't take that the wrong way. I wasn't saying you were complaining about nothing. I was just making an example. I know a few girls who are like that, and it drives me fucking crazy.
I'm a doctor too and I say you have to suck my cock and swallow my semen. My cabinet or I can do a house call.
I just gotta add, coffee is not the same without a donut and balance bars do not taste like snickers. Carmel Nut Blast my ass. More like fake Caramel protein composite.
geez...that sucks...i really wanted to blow a stranger and swallow because you know after women get married, they just can't seem to suck enough dick. They love it.
I would have been upset too...I remember when my oldest son was a baby, and the doctor told me that I needed to watch, because his weight at the time was off the growth charts. Thing was, so was his height. Anyway, he showed me the weight chart, pointed out where my son was on that, and how we didn't want him to get past a certain point. I looked at him and said frankly, what do you want me to do? He's a toddler, he's hungry, I make all of his baby food homemade, he eats healthier than any other child I know, no junk food, he's just big. Big men run on both my side of the family as well as my husband's. I refused to alter his diet at all. He was growing, healthy and strong. I was not about to make my toddler go on a diet, especially since he had a great appetite and ate so healthy. I was a stickler when it came to his nutrition. Now he's trim and super tall. So take that doc. Anyway, I'm sorry you had to hear that from your doc, especially about Andy too. Maybe the two of you can team up and be active together, make it more of a couple thing than something you have to do solo? Might make it more fun, plus you'd be spending time together.
Thanks You look absolutley fantastic. My best friend has a big baby boy. Her hubby is 6'6 and Dresdan is a really long and just a big baby. She told the doctors to shove it when it comes to his weight too. I feel so much better cutting out the crap and sugar. Today is day three with no junk food and no sugary foods. I am just trying to look at this in a positive way. I knew I gained some weight since I got married and this is the kick in the ass I needed to lose it. Fitzy told me to add a lot of protein, so I've been doing that and it's worked out great. Something he told me really made sense about how high protein diets work not because you're restricting the carbs, but because you're adding a lot of protein. PS-I've actually lost 3 pounds so far. I am sure it's just water weight, but it feels good. I am sticking to weighing myself twice a week so I don't get obsessed. I have a past history of eating disorders, so I'm keeping it mellow and casual.
Yeah, I'm really big on the protein thing too. I don't do shakes, but I do make sure every one of my meals has protein. I used to be a major carb addict. Don't get me wrong, I still eat carbs, but not NEARLY as much as I once did, and the carbs that I do eat, I try to make sure they're good ones. I realized how much better I felt eating healthy proteins as opposed to empty carbs. But I must confess, I love my potatoes. Mmm, mmm. I can do some major damage when potatoes are around.
