All religon is not factual information. How can u trust somthing that cant be translated, and has been "passed down" for thousands of years? we have NO idea whats going on.

like i said in another post, this is what u should be focused on

doing what u want that makes u happy that dosent interfere and hurt with someones life and society

be good to ppl and do the best for your self.

    thats it, thats all.

    Then I misunderstood you. Sorry.

While we do not know that for sure, I think it is actually rather obvious. Take christianity as an example: there are so many different "christian churches" that it takes a major effort to map them all out. And all their "leaders" or "founders" have been spoken through by god? Even if god's ways are as mysterious as they say, I think it very unlikely.

Let's say god speaks through a person to make his will known. That happens throughout that persons lifetime. Everything that happens to that message afterwards is likely to be interpretation, distortion, and even misuse.

That is why I say religion is made by man. It probably has nothing whatsoever to do with god itself.

Jews and muslims also claim to adhere to the "only right" belief and so do the many followers of the many branches of christianity. Everyone thinks "his god" is the one and only. Tolerance often is an optional.

    Agreed.

We humans [or the church] are corrupt. History tells us that. Politics today tells us that.

But because we humans are corrupt, it does not necessarily follow that God is likewise corrupt or does not exist.
