Well i just read somewhere that dream recall can be improved by taking vitamins such as complex complex B's ,zinc, calcium and C, which i was taking last week in a multivitamin tablet, which i stopped Sunday and that's when the lucid dreaming ended so I'm taking it again today so ill tell you guys if it works again.

Hey I was looking around in my local Co-Op and came across to things that would help LD's One is an expensive herbal supplement known as Kava. It is a natural muscle/mood relaxer. Like Marijuana minus being high. The other thing is a newer drink known as "NeuroSleep" And "NueroSonic" Both help with memory, focus and mental energy.

Thought I should let you know! Keep me posted, I am starting to get really into LD again because of you! THANKS!

I found Nuerosonic and Nuerosleep at a workout center/Spa. I bet you can find it at a health store.

I don't know about anyone else, but neuro sleep didn't help me dream. It has melatonin in it, so it puts you to sleep alright, but I fell into a really deep sleep, and didn't remember my dreams. I only tried it once though, it's rather expensive. They're sold at my local grocery store, but if your really interested, order them online, they've got to be somewhere

I don't think I would spend to much money on sleep just because with a little more effort on my part I could do it myself, I think if i just can get my self into the WILD tec. I'll be able to have lucid dreams anyway, but sleep paralysis takes forever to happen for me and i ethier get dry mouth or a mouth full of spit....

I did some more research and found ways to induce the WILD much faster.

set an alarm 5-6 hours after you fall asleep. When you wake up browse your Dream journals or come on this topic and say something, go to the bathroom Etc. Etc. Then when you go back to sleep do as I said before and dont move a muscle. Count from 100 to 0 and at around 50 you should feel physical sensations, if you make it to 0 and nothing has happened repeat. While doing this focus on your vision within your eyelids, stare blankly into the darkness of the curious mind. Don't Delve to deep though, watch the colors you see but do it in a fashion that its like your watching TV.

I seem to LD in some way or form 30-40% each night anywho. I don't do journals ever, or WILD on purpose or none of that. I've successfully cognitively chosen what I'm going to dream about the night before on multiple occasions, I'd even venture to say on a 75% succession rate (though I've only tried it 4-5 times), last night included.

My dream recall and dream length is poor piss though. And each week I will have about at least 2-3 nights where I don't really remember dreaming at all, or just barely.

And yes I want a cookie.

Yeah btw when you try to induce lucid dreaming should you breath out of your nose or mouth? also i heard when trying the WILD tech. focus all your attention on your forehead between your eyebrows

I dont think it really matters, I breathe out of my mouth. Tends to be the most relaxing way for me. Try both and whichever you are most comfortable with stick with.

I find you guys are obsessing over techniques too much, imho. ESPECIALLY if you're going to WILD already. Going over your dream journals I think is a great idea, 'cuz it gets your memory & imagination going again towards the dream worlds you've visited, but other than that...

Just lay back, get comfortable, and wait wait wait in silence 'till you start seeing DREAMS! I find I go back to bed within minutes anyways. I mean... as soon as you notice anything other the darkness of your ceiling, you're ready to LD! (watch out for that too 'cuz your mind may play tricks on you).
