but pennsylvanian's....PA just has harsh laws on MJ. at least compared to NY i know they do. i don't have specifics, but anyways there you go.

when i lived in pittsburgh i knew of nowhere to find glass (pipes not meth). we could only buy papers and when we asked for Randy's (paper's with a wire in them) they said "they took them with the pipes" meaning the cops took away their paraphernalia. something about PA law. here

thats not true. it depends on how it is marketed. tobacco pipes are perfectly legal. water pipes are legal too. they can be shipped here, purchased here, and made here in Pennsylvania.

Meerschaum pipes are really nice, I've wanted one for quite some time now.

Meerschaum is a type of stone, thats really good for making smoking implemints with.

Also, that picture is somewhat misleading, I believe that the blue plastic part is the mouthpiece, and the glass squiggly thing coming down from it is simply a display stand.

Just to relieve some confusion.

Nice piece, and good price.

I dont really like the plastic mouthpiece though, I would expect wood or something.
