Your problem is you aren't easing back into meat eating. You can only eat a tiny bit at a time for a little bit. Your body's not used to meat, so of course it's going to revolt a little. I mean, 10 buffalo wings? Come on...baby steps.
10 wings is nothing add another 15 and a meatlovers pizza and then your talking a decent level of food

Your screenname is fitting. There are plenty of very healthy things, even veg things - like green leafy veggies and carbs that if eliminated from your diet for a length of time, should be eased back into when reintroed. Looka there I agree with kr and I am a vegetarian :cheers2:
we had a new guy on the boat one year that kinda had to start eating meat after years of veggie and it messed with his guts quite a bit. hellfire isn't it 5am there?
