how do you do bandit queen ?, i hope you enjoy the forums , i m from india and marridge ,my spouce's family reside very near to a place where real bandit queen use to live.few weeks ago my father in law was telling me about his stories from olden days and i got to know his secret that he use to be bandit at times maybe 30yrs back hehehehehe its is proud for me to tell my friends that i m marridge to a girl whose father was a bandit in his times when he was in his 20's , do u know anything about india?with the word to greet i think u do know "namaste" well if u would like to know more u can drop me a line at mail@durag-niwas.com

I'm from India too, but I live in the UK. I've been reading the Bandit queen's biography ("I, Phoolan") which is what inspired me for the name. But I don't think i would survive even half the things she went through. I think she's amazing.

So your in-laws were bandits? How cool is that! I bet you are well proud!! what do you do for a living desertrose? And why did you pick your name?

 

hi bandit queen nice to hear from you dear , i m into travel and tourim for few years in india my dad started the buisness but after he passed away i hav ebeen looking it after. i saw bandit queen it was quite well made , yes indians here couldnt digest the humor ,they found it more porn movie then a simple movie made on a human being ,only my father in law is a bandit because of being a bad boy of the family he was kicked out of the house by his father lolzzz long time back he went into the forest and started living wth the very famous Bandits.well i m proud to tell my friends his stories he told me . the name desert rose i like it very much and now its like a trade mark heheheh i like it i dont know why , most of the things belonging to me or related to me has this name written on it or with it . i thought of this name by song desert rose but it was long way back ,i heard the song and these two words since then are mine hehehehe i use it even with friend's cell phone i never feed my name in address books instd i put desert rose .i m from rajasthan its in desert and i feel like a rose hehehehehhe.
