NEED ADVICE...my boyfriend has fits of rage and a scary temper..could he be Bi Polar?

I know everything there is to know about being bi-polar, and that sounds about right to me. Really push him to see a psychiatrist. A good psychiatrist. And don't jump to conclusions about the whole marriage thing... It can really end up in disaster.
