    I wanted to come back to this discussion when I had some online time to absorb what you said, liquidlight. I finally got that time. :) I appreciate your good thoughts in these posts. I might just add one of the things I got out of my years with fundamentalist Christians: God perfects us through our weaknesses. And something a fundy once told me: That sometimes God will break us down in order to rebuild us better.
