I have Amazon for free right now because they do a 6 month free trial for students. Which is pretty awesome and i've been taking advantage of the 2 day shipping with prime. But their streaming content suucks. I'll occassionally get an email from them advising that I am not taking full advantage of my membership by not accessing their streaming services but...there really isnt anything worth watching. The only thing I was remotely interested in watching turned out to be an HBO show so i cant watch it without paying for HBO

I've had three free trial months for Netflix over the years, I won't pay for it. My favorite Netflix show is BoJack Horseman. I think I'll re-watch the whole series sometime. Also Big Mouth and F is for Family were better than expected.

I think this one may appeal to me, going by what other peeps say about it! But is it advised to watch the movie first? Or don't i have to bother

Meliai has me curious about Prime for Students. I want that music! :smirk:

Oh no! Prime only has 2 million songs. But there is also Amazon Music for students. Maybe I'll do that. It has a 30 day trial, which is not as good as the 6 month one though. Maybe I should just buy it. One more thing I have to pay per month does sound awful though. I feel indecisive.

I can't get Prime music to work on on my Roku. I can stream from my computer but when I tried the Amazon Music app for the Roku, it offered me the nothing but the one--the ONE--CD I'd ever bought from Amazon. That was it. That it was going to be like Pandora. Nope.

That was another reason for bailing on them: they're music isn't all that.

I thought about getting Spotify too. I'm just not sure they will have everything I want in a music streaming service. And from what I can tell there isn't a way to search their database unless you're already on their service. So I don't know what content I'm signing up for? There must be some mistake... Lol.

As far as music i think youtube red is the best bet, they have basically every album ever in full

I dont have youtube red, i just deal with the ads on the free version. But i was thinking about getting it because i'm tired of ads interrupting my jams

I haven't been watching much TV lately. I have Netflix, it's OK. Shows I've enjoyed are Walking Dead, Vikings. I have a hard time sitting still for TV though.

Movie is recommended just because it's a classic but you don't have to see it just to watch the series. The series is based on the concept of the movie.. But everyone already knows the story of Norman Bates..You've never seen Psycho???

I started a really cheesy Hallmark series called 'the Good Witch' not too long ago on netflix. I'm just about done with all three seasons. Two episodes to go. I'm excitedddd!
