A whole fucking year. I could MAYBE understand if I had been in trouble before, but I've never even had a speeding ticket, ya know?
I just don't see me quitting for a year man. She told me that I could get tested twice, maybe never tested. It's all picked randomly from the computer.
We'll definately toke it up at Roo...lookin' forward to it.

Other than the narrowminded fuckers here in Tennessee, this is a great place. The people are awesome, it's just a nice place to live. I guarantee you if I had the money to pay that bitch up front today, then I'd never have to walk back in that probation office again...THAT is what is messed up. The jails are full of people due to violation of probation, most of them just not being able to pay on time. That my friends is sad. I really don't see any good that came out of this situation, but I'll get through it.

 

hey maggie pm me your attorneys name anybody that allows that to happen should be subject to the same abuse you were put thrugh give me the bondsmans name to !!!!! i will never mention your name or case! but this seems to be modus operandi in tn. and it is borderline illigal!!i would like to put together a case study and possible law suite of the actions of tennesse officials they are as crooked as it gets! was your attorney court appointed? going rate for that after court for that charge is 200dls attorny fees, 100 dollars court cost,minimal fine,6 months unsupervised probation!!!! if you hired a privet attorney tell him that he can f463ck himself!!!!!!! and to go blow the judge twice more !!!! you got fuckd ! dont do any of the above just bitchen with ya!!! but if its a privet attorney tell him he aint worth a fuck! if it was court app. tell him your looking into charges of collusion! and he will get his money when the investigation is complete! again do not do aNY OF THE ABOVE! i have never heard of anything like this before! you should have been done after bond with a 2,3 hundred dollar fine and 6 mo unsupervisd probation! your laywer is a crook!!!

no just have had lots of experienc with the tn. legel system. and i did say (do not do any of the above) but she did get f^%$cked i know repeat offenders who get less than that for 8 ball of smack! although i would like to send some of those pepole a nasty little note!

 

I got fucked, pure and simple. I live in a small town, and if you don't know someone who owes someone else a favor, well then you are at their mercy. Not having money on top of that reeeeallly got me. My lawyer is definately a crook. He's the best one in my town, but if you don't have the $$$ then he just doesn't do everything in his power to help you. I didn't have him paid by my 3rd court date. He didn't tell me I had to though..not until the 3rd court date right before I got handed my probation papers. He was a real ass about it. My guess is that if I would have had him completely paid off, then I wouldn't be in this mess right now.

 

It has been said, "it could be worse". But it SHOULD be better. Fuck any and all marijuana laws. Weed has never hurt anyone and it will never hurt anyone. You got a raw deal, that's all there is to it. Just keep your head up and keep in mind how good that first toke will be after your probation is up. It's certainly not the end of the world.

You all do make me feel better here, and I gotta say thanks for reading all of my rants and bullshit..lol I was talking to some friends last night about how much I'll miss smoking. It's not just the high..not just the calming effects I'm gonna miss. I love to know I have a fat sack waiting at home for me. Selectively picking each bud..which one do I want to break up this time. Inspecting each beautiful one. Smelling inside the grinder after it's broken up..mmmm. Not to mention the wonderful smell when you light it up. I'm a pothead..I know this.. Grrr..ok, I'm gonna quit now..lol
