Know what's neat? That bass in 'Real Wild Child' has exactly the same note progression as Jerry Lee Lewis's monster rocker (the original) below. Start listening at 2:10 in that remix. I don't play guitar so I can't give the progressions but 'Whole Lotta Shakin' is identical through all of the bars and measures, 16-8-8-4-4-8.

Yes ok my OCD is in overdrive again. But I'm pretty sure that this kind of thing happens a lot in music.... bunches of nice chord progressions that get used over and over again? With absolutely no plagiarism intended, it's just making more great music.
