    But smoking tobacco with a glass pipe, or maybe even a bong is reasonable.

    This just isn't a tobacco product. So I wouldn't want to say that.


    But you are right about the "Medicinal" herbs thing.
    My vape was sold for "Potpourri" :)

    Yeah, I don't have any particular affection for tobacco or anything. I just think that it would be better for you as well as the consumer if it were entirely legal beyond any possible doubt.

    They put tommy chong in jail for 6 months just for having his name associated with a company which was shipping glass pipes and bongs to a state in which they were outlawed.

    Well he didn't promote anything. He didn't have anything to do with the company aside from getting some money from them for allowing them to use his name. The feds just did this as a power play. Bunch of bull shit. There's no reason why you should really be afraid of this happening to you, but it makes the point that you should always er on the side of caution.

    No, there is Federally legal Medical Marijuana. Like 7 patients.

    It would be illegal if it were specifically meant to be used for pot only......

    Hell, many places will bust you just for owning a pipe.

    "Many places" does not include green states, in regards to patients.

    AND that is STILL not the feds.
    It's not federally illegal to possess paraphernalia...

    No different from a diabetics needle.

    It's not "Drug Paraphernalia"

    Shaggy, you seem to be forgetting that federal laws has so far trumped state law, and you are in a state where the AG was against the MMJ law. (is Suthers still in office there?)
    How would you keep someone from buying your product and hopping to Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Utah, Arizona or Wyoming? Or anywhere else?

    There is not a federal allowance for medical use, but I understand research controls loosened between 2000 and 2008.

    which claims the US government holds a patent on MMJ, probably as a failsafe to keep anyone else from using it in the same way.

    as for "tobacco" products, if what you envision is a carrier or dispensing method, it is really, really a good idea to use that cover to save your business.
    You will create a legitimate business, right? If you want rip off protection, there are parts of the game you have to play.

    There are companies making E-Cigarettes, WITH hash cartridges. You just switch out your hash cartridge, instead of ever having a nicotine cartridge...


    They will be after people like that (ACTUALLY selling WEED), not just people selling paraphernalia.
    There is plenty of MJ paraphernalia in the green states :)
