There is plenty, and they don't sell outside the "green states", or they don't specify that it's for weed.

Feds don't care about your special "green state", that has NOTHING to do with federal law. Dunno what rock you've had your head stuck under but there are very frequently raids (as in, guns drawn, flash grenade through your window) on medical businesses, growers, individual patients even. And they often result in jail time, including serious jail time. It is not legally safe, it's making a stand, and it's a stand that is still under fire.

Do you need me to also find the part of the DEA website where it says there is NO acceptable use for marijuana, and it is 100% illegal regardless of medical condition? Or will you say that doesn't apply, because you life in a magical green state?

 

You HAVE to specify it's for weed, when your selling it with hash oil included LOL LOL So they WOULD have specified on their product...

And the raids are on dispensaries, big time growers, and people dealing around in illicit states...

They AREN'T going to try to bust a paraphernalia company...
AND I already agreed with someone else, and said I may specify (on the patent) that it is for potpourri

They've done it before, to the feds you're just the same as before, because there is no legal MMJ in the US.

"Potpourri" is pretty lame.... and is, for sure, going back on your "for weed only" stance.

Anyways, yeah.... when someone running a drug paraphernalia company ALSO has an outstanding arrest warrant with jail time attached to it in a state that loves trading prisoners, I don't think your company will last long.

The guy who simply won't read posts, and will take the time to type out that he won't read them, if he doesn't like the facts they contain? This is also the guy who has accused me at least once with being obsessed with semantics, but keeps pulling up semantics when they don't even support him.

No, I'm rather good at reading. You said you'd patent the thing for marijuana, even if you didn't use exactly those words. And green state don't matter, again, there is no legal marijuana or marijuana paraphernalia anywhere, there is federal law against paraphernalia sale, and even an implication that it's for weed could easily be enough to get you (especially considering you're a convict on the run, again, with automatic jail time awaiting you when they get you, and texas WILL get theirs, especially with this hair-brained scheme of yours), and I'm quite sure only selling something in "green states", and "not for tobacco", is enough for that.

Even if it was NOT illegal on it's own, you should obviously be keeping your head down, given your legal situation. But you're crowing loudly about this...... have fun :2thumbsup:
