Now I really wish I lived closer, it would be great to work with you and be a part of the group. All I'd need to be happy is lots of woods and a creek with crayfish and fishing, good people around me, good stimulating conversation, music, and a possibly a woman by my side... Anyway, I value your thoughts, and agree with much of it, but in my experiences with people on the street, at jobs, and as a manager a few times... some people just don't get it, and never will, no matter how many chances you give them, they never grow. And some only take advantage of other people's kind nature and drain them until there's nothing left or they can't help them anymore, and move on to another. Those people I'd watch for and eventually ask to leave. But those who are slow starters, may yet see the whole picture once things progress... this I've seen too. Still, everyone deserves a chance... remember, trust must be earned in deeds, not only words. Do you have lots of woods, maybe a creek? If so, there's a lot of resources to utilize for wood, thatching, weaving, food, water power, building materials, and much more. Just be respectful when you take from nature. Be selective, not greedy. Peace
