I'm from Nottingham smelly, not too far from you! I spent ages looking through your thread earlier, there's a load of pics missing in the middle where it says they've been deleted but it's awesome watching your progress from start to finish, gives me hope!

As far as that, and you always wanting instant results, locks will work wonders for your patience, self esteem, general confidence and ability to walk into tough situations, etc.

 

ahh i like nottingham. i get over-excited by the trams, cause im sad like that

i presume the pics are just no longer hosted,, i always use tinypic. i need to update. theyre 2 1/2 years in....... 6 days!
