She is just beautiful...such an expressive face. I know people with pits that have a better temperament than some poodles and spaniels. It's like you said...it has everything to do with how a dog is raised and handled.

I fully intend to read the Harry Potter series, and I truly do think it will be better than that mess I'm suffering through. lol

And I LOVE Jean Auel's series about Ayla and the early human (humaniod), prehistoric times. I haven't read them in a while, but those are the types of books I'd very likely even re-read.

She is a very very tough girl as she has been through hell already..in fact we both went through hell together...

The same winter i went through dark days and quit the liquor cold turkey was the same winter she tore her acl. She has no acls in her knees now as she ripped both of them, the reasons for that is complicated...i was full blow alcoholic almost at death, and my dog had to be carried almost everywhere we went for 6 months, and some how, my jobless ass came up with $3,200 to fix her...was not fun

She is doing great now, but i have to limit her to things cause she will play through pain. Theri are a lot of things she does using only her front legs most dogs wouldn't..if youv never met her you wouldn't notice anything...but as you get to know her you will see she avoids her knees always. She is 3 1/2, and i got her at 7weeks old.

 

ummm...i can't take my eyes off her stomach...

fucked up story time... why do i have the worst luck? Its like i'm some character out of a horrible movie...

So yesterday or the day before... I forget, I think it was the day before... my girlfriend was over, we were home alone, we made dinner, watched a movie, and then well... you know what happens lol... and so afterwards we just lay there in bed cuddling and shit girls like to do afterwards... and i didn't feel like getting up or anything, so i put the condom on the floor beside me, ontop of the wrapper... don't wanna get my carpet all nasty of course...

So time goes on... I forget all about it being there... and its getting late so i get dressed to drive her home... So I drop her off and get back home to my room, and see the condom wrapper on the ground.. and i'm like oh shit, i forgot about that.. good thing i remembered! So i go to pick it up, but am like... wtf, where's the condom itself?

And my dogs love to come into my room and grab all the garbage out and drop it throughout the rest of the house and tear it up... usually i love it, they literally clean my room for me and just make the rest of the house a mess.. i can throw my shit on the floor and they'll bolt in, grab it, and run out.... lol... So, the first thought that went through my head was one of my dogs took it! So i was fucking paniced... i searched the entire house and tore everything apart and ripped through their 'toy box' (i swear these dogs have more toys than i did growing up lol)

Couldn't find it everything... that whole night i was nervous and feeling paranoid... like... what if the dog took it into my moms room... then my mom thinks me and my girlfriend are fucking in her bed while shes at work, that'd be x1000 worse and disgusting! The thought makes me cringe... Or what if its downstairs on the couch, and she thinks we're doing it in the living room on the furnature! So... i was worried... and embaressed.. i didn't want her finding it, that'd be so awkward...

long story short... ish.... I'm at my girlfriends house again today... my mom calls me and says we need to talk... i'm like tell me now i wont be home until late... so... she tells me that she was in the backyard... cleaning up all the dog poop... and... well... she found a condom ontop of a pile of shit .___.

WTF.... why? why the fuck would my dog eat that nasty shit?! And then shit it out and get me busted?! That little bastard...

And apparently my mom went into my room afterwards... and saw a big box of condoms, nearly empty with like 1 or 2 in it.. so shes liek "i see that you two are very active" and she gives me a minature version of 'the talk' again... and in the same drawer... she found a pipe, bong, vaperizor.. and jar or weed... shes cool with me smoking, she doesnt love the fact.. but she was surprised to see all the stuff i had for it... And ever since she heard that guy i hung out with a few times overdosing and dying shes a little more paranoid.. that guy overdosed on oxy and alcohol, he mixed the two and his heart stopped beating apparently.. incase any of you were curious and remember me saying that... they also found heroin in his room, so... i dunno..
