since when was my point ever to get you to believe me? everyone was putting their views out there, so so did i. go ahead, don't believe me, i don't give a shit. i'm not out here to convince anyone, especially one who doesn't even live in the god damn states? i'm 16 years old, i don't know what i'm talking about and i know this. but right now that's what i believe, so go argue with someone who cares.
Yeah Clinton had this for 2 yrs and it was a shit show, the people voted to republicanize his house and senate though pretty quick like.
The reps need to stop passing the blame and accept responsability for their mistakes, they're out of touch, old fashioned, conservatives are tradtional, that is their key value and don't tell me it's not i'll laugh at you. The people want progressive politcs, not reactionary policies, failed economic polices, the economy was THE issue. Mccain said it himself, if he talked about the economy he'd lose, he's lost, he's a great man i have nothing against him but the people have spoken and you should respect the majority concensus of the constituents. If you can't you're immature and don't understand or appreciate the values of democracy. Things shift and change, like the sun rises and sets, you can't be in the majority of everything, sometimes there is a 'tyranny of the majority' but this is how I and a lot of dems have felt under the last 8 years of a president with the lowest approval rates since Nixon. The people have spoken.
I was thinking if you're making a point then surely it should be truthful and believeable... You put your 'views' out there but your views are ridiculous. If you make a point then don't get all arsey and defensive if someone questions that point, especially if it has no grounding in truth or other such 'trivialities'... If you can back up your views with evidence then you have a point. If you mumble on about terrorists and threats to your country (which don't exist) but can't put any case behind what you're saying other than silly rhetoric then you don't have a point or indeed a valid view. I can say black is white or fire is cold until I'm red in the face but my opinion is worthless if I can't back it up Think for yourself.
This is not true at all, both parties are generally pretty moderate, and alot of the Dems gains comes from severe pissed offness at Bush, and alot of their gains in congress are in Southern and mid-western states, which i.e. equal more conservative democrats
Yea coz Bush sucks... Most of that was true or at least my opinion which aren't always true or false. Some things are subjective.
ha! what now buddy boy? he won just like we ALL knew he would. republicans have ran this country for the last eight years, and look where we are: in the fucking crapper. goodbye mcsame and bible spice!!! time for you to ship on home. it's time for a CHANGE. it's time for someone new to step in and attempt to clean up the fucking mess bush has made. no one (of any significant intelligence) cares about your speculations of how horrible the country is now going to be now that Obama is president. how would you even know? besides, it couldn't possible be worse that what the clown YOU elected 8 years ago has done to the US.
