    Good morning all.....back from my morning constitutional, brist walk along the tow path....now getting g ready for my daily gym session, at home,and fully intend to exercise completely nude.......there's nothing like it for freedom of movement......

    Well I am masking off the trim in our dining room getting ready to paint , I love to paint nude...come to think of it, anything is better when I am nude
