I haven't heard the noise when my car turns off now, well that I've noticed and I've turned the music down when I turn off too. So hopefully it was just having a moment there and resolved itself. >.> if engines do that?

One week until the Disco Biscuits. This is an accurate portrayel of the show except it needs more flat brim baseball hats and Ketamine. Not my thing usualy but other fans love it. But they have not come since last April. SO excited to see them back.

moved some yarrow, still plenty left of that to move, lol. i love that stuff, so hard to kill. im prepping the places in the front first, then moving it. its supposed to thunderstorm again today, so i made a handful of cloches from old vinegar bottles, but i dont have nearly enough to protect everything. im just going to have to hope for the best.

still have cucumbers and peppers to transplant. i have a bunch of tomato sprouts inside too, i wasnt sure what the germination rate would be, so i just put a bunch of different tomatoes in together. it will be a surprise!
more of my squash sprouts and beans survived than i thought the other day. theres hope! my yard is starting to look the way i want it to. yay :)

when i ordered my brussel sprout seeds i picked the smaller variety, i think they are supposed to get like 4 feet tall, but they bear heavily. i have a very small table to work on for starting seeds. but hey, progress!

i really need to get more beans started, but some of them need trellising, and i have so many projects going at the same time i dont know when i will get to it.

my old friend use to just take the dead branches from her lilac trees and jam them in the ground for the beans to climb

we have a lot of clay here, under the woodchips its soft enough to push reasonable branches in. i might try that. i have a lot of stuff in the back that should work. but it has to look purposeful, since its in the front yard.

the beans will cover them quick

in my yard i can dig about 5 to 6 feet easy then there is clay that you need a pickaxe to get into to

at the old friends house im sure the clay is way deeper because 80% of her property was fill ...her yard beyond the fenceline was a deep ravine with a creek..she still owned 100 feet more but wanted the fence on the high area
