I've discovered this Canadian show about bad drivers. I think this guy takes the cake. I could do better than this guy after a 12 pack and 10 strip.

I thought I was doing SO good tonight...went to bed around 10:30 and thought I'd be getting up early Tuesday morning - bright eyed and bushy tailed.

dang if I didn't wake up a bit after 12:30, and have been up since.

I just really went to town on my cue tip. Giving it a nice curve for training tomorrow. I didn't know that summer comp starts next Wednesday. =0

I'm going to have to flush the fighting fish, Loki soon. He had bloat, where his tummy puffs up like a big gut and they can't swim or submerge. =[ they're very prone to this the fighting fish. Something always goes wrong with them. Either the fins rot away or they depress and die or the bloat... Maybe, maybe I'll really give up after this one. But they're so worth it for the short while you keep them.

 

read that as Q-tip not cue tip. and all i could think was damn girl what do you got going on in your ears and how does curving it help....only took me a split second to realize what you meant.

damn is that really over a $400 fine for not getting over when a car is pulled over? i have seen signs suggesting it around here but as far as i know its not ticket-able. im sure it could be in some areas now but never heard of anyone getting one .

you have to change lanes but only for emergency vehicles and cops....real people arent as important

not sure what the rule is for tow trucks but thats how most tow truck drivers die

 

I kind of want to start a fish tank again. But then I remember cleaning the one I had before. I like aggressive fish too so you can only keep a couple together. I once had an Oscar that was so mean it would charge the glass when my dog got close to the tank. You would just BANG BANG all day. She had to live by herself because even other tough fish would be bullied by her. Several people who had kept that kind of fish told me they had never seen one so aggressive. I thought it was cool at first but you could not even clean the tank without her going nuts. She almost got me a few times.

 

my mom is giving me her preformed pond liner. (oh, yay, another project i have limited time to handle) so im back to thinking about aquaponics and biofilters. maybe grow out some tilapia.

i was up and down all night coughing my brains out. stupid allergies are developing into something else.

 

tilapia tastes good but i have a hard time eating it after watching a tv show that showed how they farm them...i think it was dirty jobs

they raised nice bass in clean water then used the talapia to clean out the ponds ..they were only fed the bass shit

 

ew. i would much rather raise my own then. trout is supposed to be reasonable for backyard aquaponics too. it would probably need to be a project for next year anyway. lots of time to do research.

 

i only buy wild caught fish, never liked tilapia anyway. but salmon i make sure is not farm raised. a guy at work mentioned it and he is a known liar. but he said it so many times i started googling how fish are raised. farm raised fish are pretty low on the list of things i will eat.

in other fish news, mainly because an Oscar was mentioned.
when i was a kid my mom and step dad had a friend named eddy. i remember because he drove a rabbit and all i could ever think of when i thought about him was that eddy rabbit song. anyway he had a roomate and one time i was over their house and his roomate had like 8 tanks in their living room. normal sized room and about 30 gallon tanks each. they pretty much lined most of the wall. all kinds of fish but the only ones i still remember are the Oscars. he fed them while we were there and they tore that food up. i was about 7 at the time so the memories are fuzzy but i can see those 2 Oscars clear as if it was yesterday.

 

oh i agree, but i have often had them when i can just feel my kidney, it feels like someone is sticking their finger in my side and then a day or so later i piss one out. this time i passed 4 as big as i ever pissed out and had not even a hint of that feeling in my side.....
i am glad their is no pain but confused why i didnt have that feeling of someone poking me in the side.

 

If you get the right fish together they can clean your tank. I only clean ours every 3 months or so and its not even "cleaning" more like, changing water really. Half tank and then filling up every second week with a bucket and some fresh enzymes and stress coatings.

I got two cat fish and 2 red tail sharks plus 3 loaches and those 7 are bottom feeders and the catfish and the Sharks clean everything up. Plus I had a plethora of trumpet snails but I don't see them anymore now that I have the loaches roaming the bottom. I used to see the snails EVERYWHERE! And now they won't even show themselves, just a few dead snail shells around the place.

 

we had polish guys who did the floor when i worked at A&P. my friend had a german last name and i guess the floor guy either had a problem with it or was interested because of it. so the floor guy says to my friend "Sprichst du Deutsch" without a pause my friend says "yeah kielbasa".

 

did the polish guy use polish on the floor?..
