Both of my son's father's parents donated their bodies to the medical university in this state...SC

My mother-in-law very recently died. She was 95 and I don't know exactly what she died from. For the entire 35 years I knew her she either: had an illness, was in the process of catching something or had just gotten over it (still recovering). I do not remember ever hearing her once say "I feel good" OR "its a good day". She was pleased when I had my son but she was catching a cold. :D

I'm going to be just plain buried. If the cemetery where I'll be interred had "green burial", I'd prefer that; but they don't.

edit: by "plain buried" I do mean embalmed and put in a casket. I couldn't care less about a funeral. Funerals are for the living not for the dead...my son can do what he wants.

I have sore neck from banging. :punk: very stiff atm, no what I needed at all for pool trials tomorrow. ='[

I had very fun night though I just wore a give no fucks attitude. My Laura stayed out of the way and watched from the back, I got in the middle and moshed away. I met some people in there as you do but I didn't have any friends in there this time. I was just a lone wolf having fun with my favorite band. :)

We got rained on heavily on our walk back to the train so we had to ride the train quite wet for an hour back to Munich. I just found burger kind around the corner. >.> I don't mind because I easily burned off what I ate in that mosh pit. Hehe.

Really getting sick of hearing trump has a hate message and then seeing trump supporters getting attacked. Sorry if that sounds political it isn't meant to be. Its as bad as the pro life people killing abortion doctors.

i think both ungodly and unlikely are appropriate. (though, just about everything is ungodly in my opinion! lol)

i find myself hampered in the chicken department. i REALLY want them NOW. however, im a stickler for doing things right the first time, and i know how i want things set up, but i need funds. im making a huge effort to collect my already made items and keep them out so that i can decide what i can let go of. and i started a project that could become something i make many of, to sell (which always makes letting go easier, i like to keep my prototypes in particular) it will be a lightweight crochet top/ tunic. i started with a sunburst looking chest piece. its about 4.5 inches in diameter, pearl cotton (yellow center, orange then red outer edge) and it took 1-2 hours. im pretty excited about it, i dont think ive ever actually crocheted with my small hooks before. i want to make lacy wings for a fairy doll i have planned, and figured i ought to practice.

i have a friend trying to borrow my yard tools. i asked what she needed. she doesnt know, "everything, i guess, lol"
i dont feel comfortable loaning my limited tools (and ones i am currently using almost daily) to someone who doesnt even know what jobs they need to do. hot damn, you need a PLAN before you start! at least a general idea. and she wants them delivered. um, no. i dont think so. aint nobody got time for that. how do you tell someone to go fuck themselves, kindly? and they just got a projection tv, and want us to come over. im sorry, seems like if you can afford new tech, you can sure as shit afford old tech/ tools. we struggle to buy what we need, and make hard decisions as to what we need and what we can make do without. but then again, we dont game the system. their kids eat crap food, have issues that no doubt stem from the type of diet... and i have offered them a lot. but i also dont give them anything i wasnt already getting rid of (i seriously regret some of the toys we handed down, because i expected to get them back, and the little guy would have loved one in particular, i will have to replace it)
im just not cut out to have friends i guess. no big deal. im a hermitty person. i want my farm.

oh, and i have some potatoes sprouting, i gotta prep them a new spot and get them in the ground. and i IDed a plant, its a japanese barberry. its small, stuck on the north side of a short wall. it needs more sun, so im going to move it. probably not today, or tomorrow, because its hot and my allergies are stupid. but soon.

i dont like to see trump supporters getting attacked. at the same time, i think that he is so viscerally offensive to some people that it triggers the fight/ flight/ freeze response. its hard to fault the primitive brain for reacting to the danger he espouses.

a trump debate would be fun, maybe in a different thread.
anyway talking about borrowing from a neighbor....
one day when i was 18 living at home in a 4 apartment house my next door neighbor knocks on the door frantically. my mom answers and the lady asks if she can borrow $20. my mom thinks nothing of it and goes in her purse grabs a 20 and gives it to our otherwise pretty good neighbors. you know because how emotional she was my mom was thinking someone was in trouble or they lost their money and had no food for the night. or some other emergency that would be equal to the desperation in her voice.
    anyway
after my mom hands her the money the neighbor says "thanks i have to go down to the psychic right away." and leaves.

thats a part of what im worried about. i think a lot of people are in freeze mode, wait for the danger to pass. i dont trust hillary worth a damn, but i dont think she would set the country on fire either. shes just more of the same bullshit. but its ridiculous to have such shitty choices, and especially that votes dont seem to count. if our votes dont count, our inherent american violence might.

but i also know we dont do a bunch of politics in here. i just think that politicians should make every effort to do the most good for all, and the least harm to any. and that is not how our country operates now.
