I'm a 1099 doing land contracts and real estate work for a group of lawyers. I have never passed the bar exam and do not profess legal expertise. However, I have made land contracts and "flipping" properties my craft. Ah, while I am not a proponent of single payer , that system would be shoddy at best but still an improvement from obyscare. oby has chosen the worst of both worlds to assist the low end of the market at the expense of the healthy and young. its kind of perfect timing, as soon as i start seeing a doctor everyone else in the area gets free healthcare and now i can only see my doc once every couple months because he is so overbooked. it kinda makes that perk of healthcare benefits packaged in with my work seem not so great.
