i was with you until "to this day" so air traffic controllers cant get a plane to land safely? i will start with personal experience and not overload you with ridiculous stats just yet.
i have flown 14 times that i can think of off the top of my head and never have i had a single problem so how is it that these air traffic control peopl are doing such a horrendous job? i will remind you that you said their plan did not work and had to be scrapped and AND to this day they did not improve on a plan that was so bad that it had to be scrapped. yet i have flown for the last 20 years without having been near an incident involving a crash in the air..hmm no kidding i just saw a car in a ditch about 6 hours ago. sounds funny but i am telling the truth. so i will take this broken system over trusting you to be steady on the road until something better comes along.

I wasn't criticizing the people -- the controllers. But I believe it is a fact that the software they use is pretty bad. I'm sure they've come up with ways to work around it.

That's why private companies never do business that way. Contractor bid lists are always carefully vetted, so that they don't have to worry about who the low bidder might be. I'm not sure how you could do that fairly in a political setting, since judgment calls are required.

Recently, I talked to a guy who develops web sites for other companies. He said he would be surprised if they can fix the problems at the healthcare website within six months, due to their apparent magnitude. :(

They are not able to use the airspace efficiently, which leads to delays.

Just a sidenote here in response to this post specifically.

You do know that the Islamic faith itself has a built-in REQUIRED donation system to the poor and suffering right? Some would call this a religious equivalent to what social security and taxation is at the government level.

Well to be fair, we've gotten lucky and even to compare statistics.

In-the-air type disasters are a LOT less statistically speaking, than car accidents...so your example here comparing the two is not a fair comparison and perfectly explains your personal experience.

Im in America, Im poor and have suffered enough already. Ill donate it to family or a foundation I create so its a win/win. No matter the road block, There is always a loophole I can fit through.

Oh then in that case you would not be required to pay, but would rather be receiving the money paid by others of that faith who are doing well. Also the donation type system of Islam itself is part of a tithes kinda system, it's not like you can just donate to a foundation and qualify meeting the "requirement" of the faith; you misunderstoood me on that.

My point was the premise of the system for the sake of argument, not the literal if you can do ___ to create a loophole to rationalize why you agree with something.

I know, Just bland sarcasm lol. But if it comes to it, I will, And claim all practices alone and behind closed doors. I don't want to gain, Just want left the fuck alone.

Yeah , What about folks folks on chemo , thrown into obycare when their policies get cancelled? Will the government make accepting medicaid mandatory? Can barry make cash transactions illegal.

38,500. That is the daily number of participants needed to make obyscare work. 0 paying customers in Oregon. 4 paying customers in Delaware. 329 paying customers in Maryland. Bad results. Premiums have nationally gone up. As we speak 20% of the privately insured have lost coverage. Some of these folks are in dire straits ; imagine chemo patients. Can we make katy sebalius accountable? What about oby? LOL. He tells the chemo patient to "shop around". LOL.
Ahem , yanno , the reason I mention "paying customers" is I'm told the vast majority of oby care sign ups are shifted to medicare. Sounds like a fiscal boon doggle. Most folks admit the software will not be "up" by EOM. Then what? Will oby still insist upon mandatory adherance to his draconian edict?

In 98' the bugs would have been expected. Today, This day and age, It should run flawless, Unless its a Osama/Ponzi scam like it is. I love watching Osama dig himself deeper, Hitler has nothing on this piece of shit except a few more kills in the racist department.
