Everybody should demand separate jury trials, it would tie up the system for years:sunny: I really doubt a jury would find them guilty.
Yeah that would be good... I don't know, but presumably the arresting officer(s) would have to show up at each and every trial! :smash: ZW
Yes the arresting cop would have to show up for court probably being paid overtime to do so. The downside would be for those found guilty, they would probably receive the max sentence, but for such lame charges the worst case scenario would probably be 60 days or so I would think.
