I would like a cat, Any suggestions. I've only ever looked after dogs and reptiles, wouldn't know where to start...
The owner tried to call me this morning but I was asleep. They did however leave a voice message saying "Thanks for the warning. The cat was hit right at the front of our house so we could move it before the kids saw it yadda yadda yadda" Thats pretty good I suppose. Anyway new day! and Ms.Lady friend of mine returns after a week of being in the middle of no where
i like cats... im allergic but idc lol random but i got this stuff today best smelling stuff in the world
what do you mean? pick up a stray kitten, feed it, clean up its shit and pet it often. they're great.
Ozzy, go to a shelter or look in the paper. You will find tons of free cats being given away. Even try kijiji or craiglist (if they are active in Australia... not sure). You can adopt a kitten or adult cat. Both have pros and cons (but really.. it's about teh same)... although more ppl typically will adopt kittens, you may want to save the life of an adult one. Ask friends and family cuz you may find one that way as well. Good luck.
I second craigslist if you have that in Australia... I just got an adult cat from someone who was just giving her away and I am so happy that I did. She is a wonderful addition to my family and I am happy to have saved her from having to go to the shelter and maybe not getting adopted.
The Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 is to be awarded to President Barack Obama for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples. The Committee has attached special importance to Obama's vision of and work for a world without nuclear weapons. Obama has as President created a new climate in international politics. Multilateral diplomacy has regained a central position, with emphasis on the role that the United Nations and other international institutions can play. Dialogue and negotiations are preferred as instruments for resolving even the most difficult international conflicts. The vision of a world free from nuclear arms has powerfully stimulated disarmament and arms control negotiations. Thanks to Obama's initiative, the USA is now playing a more constructive role in meeting the great climatic challenges the world is confronting. Democracy and human rights are to be strengthened. Only very rarely has a person to the same extent as Obama captured the world's attention and given its people hope for a better future. His diplomacy is founded in the concept that those who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes that are shared by the majority of the world's population. For 108 years, the Norwegian Nobel Committee has sought to stimulate precisely that international policy and those attitudes for which Obama is now the world's leading spokesman. The Committee endorses Obama's appeal that "Now is the time for all of us to take our share of responsibility for a global response to global challenges." Oslo, October 9, 2009 taken from nobelprize.org i dont really feel like he did anything to deserve this. especially after reading the organizations reasons for giving it to him. but then i cant stand obama and i think he is even more shady then little bush was, so i guess i cant really give an unbiased opinion on the fact that i dont feel he deserves this
:toetap05:i can't find any movie store that has a copy of trick 'r treat. andd i'm in the mood to watch thaat particular movie.
For Sure NJS ... For Sure ... if anyone is gonna pave the way for One World Order, it'll be Super-Obama. Not saying it's what he wants, but he is running with the big dogs in the world now ... pack rules govern his destiny now
because obama is a douchebag, and he is just riding on the positive coattails of negatives from the bush administration's destruction and terror. anybody can seem like the shit when the person before you was the biggest nightmare since hitler. people were afraid to vote for mccain because of bush. personally, i wont respect ANY president until they make it seem like they actually care about the people, or at least seem like they actually care about this country. i'll respect obama if he does what should have been done in 2001, and shred the fucking patriot act and appoligize to every american citizen that its harmed. considering what, like the 2 or 3 "terrorists" that it has effected to the couple of hundred drug busts it provided.... speaking of which, thanks to new jersey, i'll respect obama if he changes things so that i am no longer considered a felon because i posessed 2 oz of cannabis. yea, thats right, a felon, no vote, no firearms, because i had a SMALL amount of medicine thats only illegal because of the large corporations our government is there to protect. we the people indeed. on the topic of felons, i watched an episode of dateline NBC where of the 7 people on the ENTIRE SHOW the harshest punishment handed out in the end was the exact same sentance i got for those two ounces of pot. a man that tries to fuck a 12 year old gets the same sentance as a man caught with 2 oz of plant material. god bless fucking america. I'll respect obama if he does what should have been done since the early 1900's and takes the money back from the fed and makes it worth something again instead of just forging billions of dollars so that we THINK were doing okay financially hell, moreso, i'll respect obama if he even man's up and earns this nobel peace prize. he won it on speculation so lets see if he actually pulls through. sorry about the rant but as our country stands right now, our government is my greatest enemy as well as my freedom's, if you can even say that i have any. i cant respect any president that doesnt see this and try to fix it. (this is the short version of why i dislike obama, but nobody really wants to hear, or rather read, me go off about it)
Just got my bath *spotless* for an uber relaxing bath then my pregnancy scare ended. Win that I'm not pregnant but lose that I didn't get my bubble bath and incense.
