giant eagle seems to have a monopoly on the local grocery market, and they generally seem to offer the 3-pack and the 12-pack.

 

The condoms I get are in 3s. They go so quick.

 

i just go to planned parenthood and ask for some and they give me a brown bag filled of them for free
i hate buying things,free is always better
