Like HK and Voyage, I've been away for a good while, ~30 years. And actually I haven't taken any LSD in this incarnation yet, though I've become well-acquainted with RCs like 4-AcO-DMT, 2C-E, methylone, and others, as well as botanicals like San Pedro and mushies. RCs are really a grand way to reenter the psychedelic world. Most of my tripping is at small 2-3 day forest gatherings.

Good idea to wait - a hotel room and a strange city - wtf. Home or nature best. Need a lot of contemplative time at this age. Sometimes good to be able to hold on to familiar things. I don't often trip around my wife as she worries and is prone to say things like, "Are you alright?"

    Happy trails

^^TM, i am shocked that you haven't came across any L at these forest gatherings. but thinking back on your posts, i guess it does usually seem to be 4aces or 2ce that you are dosing at those.

The delay will be for better surroundings. Home, actually. Home backs-up to the mountain preserve with a valley view. Wife goes away to visit the fam in 5 days. Both trips marked on the calendar.
I did re: my artist friend who said the hits were two 100 ug (1/4" x 1/4").
By the ruler markings, yes they are smaller. The paper is water color paper with his own design pattern on one side.
Yes, I remember the "Mr. Natural" trips quite well. I considered them among the best. Slowly exhaling a deep breathe at peak on a 4-way was a rush to the senses!
Thanx for the dose comparisons (then and now). Good info for realistic expectations.
Lots of new acronyms out there now for psychodelics.
    The spirit still lives:sunny:

That sounds like a much much better setting, I'm certain you will be glad you made that choice.
Hopefully you have a way to play music. The psychedelic music from our day was and still is great, but some of todays stuff is just incredible during an experience.

Just trying to pass on something to another old dude. I think you'll wind up more stubborn than us at the rate you're going. :sunny:

You are going to wonder why you haven't in so many year.

I stopped for a bunch of years too, and when I finally started again it was very positive, fulfilling, and fun. I am an enthusiast now, and can't imagine taking another break for so long.

Just recently an old tripping buddy of mine has been slowly coming around. He recently broke up from a long relationship, and it has perked his interest even more, now that he feels more liberated. I think tripping is helping him sort out what the relationship was doing to him, and allowing him to learn to live for himself now.

So...add two more stories of people taking long breaks (over 10yrs), then trying it again and loving it.

    Have a great time.

All that needs to be said about dubstep is that 'filthy' and 'dirty' are common terms used to describe dubstep, coincidentally I use those same terms when I'm taking out the garbage.

Dirty and filthy can be fun sometimes... :) But ya, not particularly in music I suppose.

Talk about major thread derailing... sorry Nonstop. Hopefully he will pop in with an update afterwards.

Naw, I'll pass. And the Bassnectar and stuff like that too.

You n I have pretty similiar tastes generally. At least in party/psy type stuff.

We should rename this thread Old Timers talk music with young'uns.

    Or something.

Non stop's gonna come back and wonder wtf happened to his thread :2thumbsup:
