Just read an interesting article about Stan Brock and his RAM (Remote Area Medical). He's famous for a 70s show Wild Kingdom, I bet some of you still know him from that!

He's organizing free healthcare in hard to reach places and for people who can't pay for it. Countries he's been active in with RAM: Sudan, Haiti, Guatamala and currently busy in Oklahoma USA

playing with this cheapo chineesey ham radio i got today in the mail and im so impressed i ordered a second one ..mostly so i can get the programming cable but also thinking it would be handy to have 2 for atv use or hunting since it has vox feature

probably wasting money though since i already have a good set of kenwoods that i never use
