Once again, my pup has made me laugh. In the mornings, I have to be very careful not to open my eyes before I am ready to get out of bed; if my pup sees me open my eyes, he figures I'm awake and it's time to play. This morning I just barely opened my eye to take a peek at the clock, and there was my pup, right up in my face, staring at me.
Hehe, i asked a little boy and a girl if they were in family and the boy quickly responded: "No! I'm not a girl" Hehe
my 5 year old daughter came running into my room this morning all dressed up in horribly mis matched clothes with her underwear over her pants and one of my tank tops wrapped around her head like a dready head wrap and she said "look mom I have dreads, lets go to school now!" To which my boyfriend replied..."Wow the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree!" Derf. lol. * just so you all know I dont wear my undies over my pants....unless Im being dared or lost a bet of course.
lol I miss that age! Take lots & lots of pics of your little fashion icon and show them to her when she's a teen. Skylah went through a phase where she would have to have each colour of the rainbow represented in her outfit. She'd be all "Nooo mommy. I need red and blue too so I can be a rainbow."
I know isnt this age wonderful! Its soooo cute watching them grow into their own little person! I take pics daily of her. in fact she has an alter ego called Mizz Chocolate Chip! lol. She loves dressing all whacky and then having tea parties as Mizz CC. Heres a pic of her as Mizz CC...... What a goon! Thats so cute that Skylah [beautiful name BTW] went through a rainbow phase! They are so in tune with asthetics and dont fear being outcasts at that age. I love it! I hope Amara never looses that!
I love it! Skylah had a few alter-egos. For awhile she was be Princess Sparkle Rainbow Rose and all of her stuffed animals had similar, long assed names. Now she is so concerned about matching her clothing and all that teen age stuff. I kinda miss the days of mismatching socks, pants under dresses and the awesome phase of her wearing her batman cape everyday for months on end.
I only do that when I am forced to listen to Brittney Spears and Mandy your daughter is way too cute!!!!
thanks Callie. LMAO at the visual of you wearing undies over your pants while listening to britney spears! BC...awww batman cape! do you have pics?
Not on my computer....this was waaay back before my digital camera. I know I have some in her scrapbook, but my scanner is busted. We had to bribe her to take the cape off for my sis-in-law's wedding. Skylah was a flower girl and she didn't understand why she couldn't wear her batman cape over her dress.
