i have no opinion on by body weight at all. i don't even know what it is. as a rough guess it is probably somewhat more then would be best for my health, but that is the beginning and end of any concern i have with it.
Have you ever tried spinning? It's the kind of bike workout you can do inside. Usually there are classes at local gyms. It's very intense!!
I've thought about it but didn't do it because I was already practically living at the gym at the time to begin with. It sounds cool though. My wife has done it before.
