since people are questioning the validity of subway always fucking up orders... so I used the subway app and although the order was electronically sent to them they still managed to mess up..I ordered a 6 inch and when I went to pick it up, the manager handed me my order and said "my employee accidentally made a 12 inch, do you want to take it?.." I said "ok, if I don't have to pay for it." "Oh, no you will have to pay the difference," she said....."oh you paid already." then I said, "Yes, I paid through the app. I'll just take the 6 inch I ordered." Then she said "that will be $9.72" (total of two sandwiches, one was mine, one was my roommates).. I already pre-paid. *face palm* so it should have been and in and out pick up but wasn't quite..
Subway - gross Firehouse - good. Boars head quality meat Jimmy Johns - good Larry's - ok Quiznos - ok The best subs are local places. We have this place called Angie's subs. Holy fucking shit. I'm going there tomorrow. And dumping a shit ton of peruvian sauce on my sub. Here's the menu, so fucking good. I like the jack del rio http://www.allmenus.com/fl/jacksonville/109176-angies-subs/menu/ I only go to subway as a last resort
Yea, me too! Apparently that person doesn't like Togo's but their sandwiches are fucking yummy! I don't know if they are all over the place I never heard of them until i moved to central Oregon.
Well, I tend to get take out. The times I've said "whatever, I'll make my own damn sandwich," I end up spending more on ingredients than I would a sandwich from subway. If I make my own sandwich, I have to buy bread, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, pickles, cucumbers, veggie patty or cheese if I want to add that, etc, etc... I end up making 1 sandwich with all of this, 2 if I'm lucky, before all the ingredients go bad...I don't eat much and it's just me that uses all this stuff. I don't like to throw out food, so I tend to get take out. I've never had a problem with subway's freshness, tastes good to me. Also, sandwiches taste better when someone else makes them. They just do.
pretty ridiculous that they would make a new 6" and probably throw out the 12", rather than just give you some extra food at no charge.
I'm ordering a sandwich from a subway drive through as I'm typing this. The young woman seems very nice. I eat subway semi regularly and I cannot recall a single time they've messed up my order.
yeah..at first I thought she was offering me the 12'' at 6'' price since it was their mistake. a live subway experience! you should ask her how she likes her job.. joking
i'd probably eat subway a lot more if they had a drive through and i didn't have to actually go into the store.
I hate going through the drive thru at subway. They always fuck my order up somehow, even though they repeat it back to me correctly.
