From what aesthete posted,I believe Kucinich has it right. He won't get elected tho, because he doesn't "look right".Everything is surface bullshit--it's what we've been brainwashed into believing, from advertising to politics.Real substance doesn't matter. So it will be politics as usual, that of course WE ALLOW.Unfortunately, you young won't get off your asses re:the "war",unless the draft is brought back.

Kucinich ~ I voted for him before and I'll do it again.

But it doesn't matter the Hillary/Obama ticket already paid for the White House.

Can't help but be cynical, that doesn't mean I'm not going to try.

Just wondering, to whom will the reparations for slavery be paid, and by whom?

Doesn't everything come out of tax revenues?

Kucinich or Gravel. The only guys who aren't afraid to say what they actually think. And don't make empty promises.

OK, so we have determined where the money will come from, all taxpayers, white, black, Hispanic, recent immigrant, and old families will pay the reparations to whom? Will one have to prove he or she is the direct descendant of a slave? Could the descendant of a European indentured slave from the 1700s claim this benefit?

Sorry, I know this is off topic, but it is an issue a candidate has raised. It sounds good, but what is the reasoning and logic behind this effort?

Ron Paul is a very decent, honest, moral guy, who is unattached to the powers that be and the military industrial complex. This is exactly why he will never be elected (although I would certainly vote for him).

That's not what he said. He said he wouldn't take it off the table, and if he knew OBL was there he would go after him. Didn't GW say he was going to smoke him out, and get him dead or alive...seven years later and he still doesn't seem to know or care where he is, but we are sending our children to fight his war. What was this war all about?

This topic is like asking about Rowe v Wade, and Flag Buring. You'd be better off asking where he stands on the SPP, ask all the candidates. The SPP will affect you, your children and your grandchildren...your free access and movement, your national identity.

After we went to war Bush made it clear that he didn't really care about finding OBL. He said something along the lines that he does not really think much about finding him.

There are really only two presidential candidates, one on each side (excluding third parties), that want to end the war and not create further conflict and the media is flat out ignoring them both.

I have the feeling the republicans form the democratic candidates as much or more than the voters do or why did Lieberman win his losing campaign. It was funded by republicvans.

I watched the political talk shows Sunday, Rove doesn't wamt Obama considered...guess what he wants the battle to be between his candidate and Hillary. But I don't think most of us want any of them.
