If the Democrats put Hillary up in 2008, it just proves they are not serious in winning the election.

isn't there something in your constitution that says that you can do something against 'tyrants' or 'tyranny'?? wouldn't you call fixed elections 'tyranny'??

there is, but most of the time the government throws the constitutoion around like a scrap piece of paper. if they followed the constitution, there would be no death sentance or drug war. they try to get away with disregarding as much 0of the constituion as they can. and they can do it because of 2 reasons. first is because most americans dont know anything about the constitution or whats in it, and also because the government has put so much fear into american citizens about terrorism, crime, drug trafficing, etc. that many americans are willing to give up their freedoms and rights for a security and safety. even if it is a false security.

"Anyone who is willing to give up their freedoms for safety, deserves neither"-Ben Franklin (dont think those are the exact words, but its something along those lines.)

if the founding fathers came to america today, they would be completly ashamed of the power hungery monster they created

If something could so easily be extirpated though constitutional provision, odds are it isn't tyranny.
